Skills & Experience Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs. G.E.D. or High School diploma required. Candidate must be able to communicate with co-workers, tenants and customers, and fill out required paperwork. Candidate must be able to pass an employment and criminal background check.
